The cloth on the corners is worn with the boards showing. The leather spine has gold gilt bands and lettering. It has rubbing to the leather (see pictures) but no chipping. The binding is tight. The inside front cover has pencil writing. The first 10 and last 50 pages have light moisture stains on part of the page. The rest of the pages have normal foxing or yellowing but are in very good condition.
