In good rebacked condition, with modern leather spine affixed. Some reinforcement to hinges. Text block remains in good condition with light wear. Some bumping around edges and corners. Pencil markings at front, along with bookseller sticker from New Bedford, Massachusetts. General age-related toning to pages, along with constant foxing and periodic wear. Just picked up my package from Robin Rare Books and let me start by saying WOW!!! Book as advertised for sure. the value of the book certainly dictated some care in shipping but never did I think to this extent. The packaging was incredible. bigger box than needed at first thought but after opening based on the care and multiple layers of packing It would have survived a Tank rolling over it. Very grateful for you listing and working with me on the book, true piece of history I will cherish
