I do not hold the vendor accountable for the delay in delivery of the item. The package was very heavy. I found a few pages of one of the catalogs to be crushed when it apparently fell and the books shifted. I also believe the shipment could have been packed better. Another consideration: Maybe break up the shipment into two packages. It might be easier to handle. Something to consider in the future. All in all, I was satisfied with this vendor and would do business with them again.
