Shows age and wear. Has stains inside and out. Has bent pages and torn pages. Has some writing here and there. Front board cover paper has split down the hing. Spine is still strong and is holding together nicely. Leather is very worn all along the edges, down right done in a lot of areas. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
