Published by E. Moxon, London, 1876. The set is complete in six volumes and you are bidding on all six volumes. It is an all-matching set. This antique set is three-quarter bound in brown leather. The spines have three raised bands with gold lettering and gold decoration. The covers are firmly attached with no cracking or splitting of hinges. The bindings are firm and tight. The pages are tightly bound with almost no foxing. The top of the pages has gilt edge. Previous owner bookplate on inside of front cover with a couple other previous owner names in Volume one. The set shows a little bit of general wear and remains in very good condition. A very rare complete set! Would make a super addition to a collection. Great gift idea!
