Externally, rubbing to the extremities and joints, joints starting at the heads, fading to the spine, and slight marks to the boards. 'Hampstead Public Library Bookplate' to the front pastedown, with front hinge split but firm. Internally firmly bound with age toned and generally clean pages with light spotting to the front and rear and the odd library stamp.
