The book looks to be in very good condition for it's age! The overall size of the book is 9.25" tall. Inside front page has an old sticker and stamp from a previous owner. No other writing or marks found inside the book. There are also no foul odors as well. If you collect antique legal books, then be sure to check out my other listings.
