Bound in half straight grain morocco with marbled paper to the boards. Illustrated with a monochrome frontispiece. This volume features the second half of Andrew Dickson White's autobiography. White was an American historian and the co-founder of the Ivy League Cornell University. Volume II only, complete in two volumes. CONDITION Bound in half straight grain morocco. Externally very smart with slight rubbing to the extremities and raised bands and the odd slight mark to the boards. Internally firmly bound with generally clean and bright pages with only minimal age toning and the very odd spot.
