The figure was shipped promptly and was packaged in an appropriately sized box. Based on the appearance of the outside of the box, the post office had damaged the box and the figure in shipping. Although the figure was damaged, I could see in the undamaged state, the figure had been described correctly by the seller.I also feel that the seller had put the item for sale at a very reasonable price, and this was a great value. I truly appreciate how the seller handled this difficult situation.

Accurate description. Prompt shipping. Carefully packaged. Good communication with seller. Model steam engine is in very good condition, and included extras such as pulley ropes, spare gaskets, and dry fuel tablets. I have fired up the boiler twice, and it's fun to watch it work. Very interactive - it takes some patience and skill to make these machines perform to their capability. Delightful! Thanks! Recommended seller.

Received the package and the vase was very well wrapped and arrived undamaged. I was however, surprised at how dark the skin tone was as it did not appear to be in the photos in the listing. I know that colors can be different in person than in a photo, however.
