Item arrived today via Dragonfly Courier. Item was well packaged. Item as described, brand new in unopened manufacturer's package. Excellent. Ebay shipping was convoluted as the package travelled through several U.S. points priot to arrival in Canada. After reaching Canada it was straight forward and quick delivery by Dragonfly. The convoluted route within the U.S. may partially explain the high cost of Ebay shipping.

This was a great transaction. The ladder was priced well and in great condition. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. Seller communication was excellent! The Post Office lost the package but the seller filed a claim right away. The ladder arrived quickly after the claim was filed. I am quite pleased!
