One of a series of large, hardcover handbooks prepared by Foreign Area Studies of the American University. Obviously for use by civilian and military offices of the U.S. Government. G-VG condition. Slight edge and corner wear, some fading/light soiling on front cover. Pages are tight and clean. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback).
