Offered here is this Amazing Vintage Chadwick “The Fisher” Console Stereo with Turn Table. It is in working condition, which is quite rare to find in these old console stereos. It takes a few minutes to warm up, but it does work. It is The Fisher, Model MPX-70, and even still has the original diagram on the back the label tag with the piece. It stands on bracket feet, and of course, has built-in speakers. I am unsure of the exact age of the stereo, but I do know that this particular model was made in 1961 and 1962 and has the provincial cabinet. It is quite dusty inside and has some light surface scratches and dings to the wood finish. The stereo has AM/FM Stereophonic tuning as well as adjustments for balance, sector, bass and treble. The stereo is 20.5” tall, 44” long, and 19.5” wide front to back. It is an amazing piece to find in working condition and would be a great retro Mid-Century item to have in your home.
