Fantastic seller. Fair cost for my item. Exactly as described. Well packed in bubble wrap and a box for a small ribbon and the fastest shipping around. This was a DAR ribbon from a Maryland Chapter that I am hoping will be accepted by the Chapter or donated to the Maryland Chapter House.
