Item was exactly as pictured when purchased! The packaging was alright, seemed like it was the appropriate type of packaging to ensure quality of product was not destroyed during shipping! Fantastic customer service. It arrived as expected except for the color. It was described as black but it was dark brown. I advised the seller and they immediately offered a full refund or I could keep the dark brown if I liked it and offered a credit for the inconvenience. The jacket is authentic and was in great used condition. Would do business with this seller again!!

The item arrived as described but it took a long time from when I paid for it till when it was mailed out. I purchased an item a few days after purchasing this one and it was shipped and arrived days before this one which was paid for several days earlier. I don't know what caused the delay. There was never any messaging as to why so that was a little concerning.
