Godzilla is a cooperative game in which one player plays as a monster versus a team of one to four people on the human side. The amazing and terrifying battle between Godzilla and scientific weapons is recreated in a board game with simple rules that makes it easy to play. The monster attacks the people of Tokyo and destroys famous places in various places. Its giant body destroys everything just by walking and the radiation heat rays it emits from its mouth cause severe damage in various places. The human side is a team of governors from Tokyo Saitama Chiba and Kanagawa and they work together to deal with the monster disaster. They predict the monster's invasion and secure an evacuation route while avoiding damage. They help evacuees to neighboring prefectures. By helping the reporters their reports touch the heart of Dr. Serizawa leading to the use of the ultimate biological destruction weapon the Oxygen Destroyer.
