Carl Haas was the owner of RO Ranch in central Nevada. Signed copy has no condition issues except light soiling to top page block. Unsigned copy has light coffee stain to page edge and a few pages near front of book. The front endpaper has been glued to the inside cover in the front to cover inscriptions. Thank you for looking.
