Many color and black and white illustrations of historical documents, paintings, drawings, maps, etc. The books are in very good+ condition with light cover wear, very solid construction, very clean, crisp pages, name stamp on the first two pages of v. 1, & one small piece missing from very top edge of v. 2 cover, as shown.
