Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration

The first item arrived with some damage to the inside back cover, but the seller responded immediately, assuring me they’d provide a replacement, and even told me I could keep the original. They were upfront about a short delay, and gave a clear estimated ship date, and followed up right on time once it shipped. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Would definitely buy from them again!

Shipping took a while due to being shipped from Australia, which I did not expect since it they're located in Ohio. I don't know if its only for this item, make sure you watch out for the tracking information in your messages, since the direct link to track package may not work. However, item was secured & well-packaged. Quality of the item is exactly as described in the description and shown on the pictures and is mint condition. Overall, it was a smooth transaction.
