This beautiful leather-bound book is a treasure trove of Christian spirituality and knowledge. Published by Cambridge University Press in the 1960s, it contains the King James Version of the Holy Bible, as well as a Ready References and a Concordance for easy study and reference. It was specifically bound for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. There is no date of printing. However, ones similar to this range in date from 1953 - 1977 withheld majority printed in the early 1960s. It was distributed in Salt Lake City by The Deseret Book Company. The book was crafted in the United Kingdom, with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. CONDITION: This Bible is in pretty good shape. The binding is intact. The reddish-gold gilded page edges are still beautiful! (See photos). There are markings/underlining of passages, as well as some writing in pen throughout. As I thoroughly scanned the pages, I found markings on about 130 or so pages out of the nearly 1700 pages total. (See a lot of photos of the type of marks). The cover still has that nice leather smell! Overall, in good condition! ---- ABOUT ME and my listings: I was a power seller on here from 2002 - 2016. I sold mostly books. I took a few years off, and now I'm back. I am selling off all the rest of my books in the next several months or maybe a year (however long it takes me). I literally have thousands. I want repeat customers, so I aim to please. My descriptions are accurate. My photos are taken on the day of the listing. I ship all books via USPS media mail. I've shipped over 15k books and only had 5-6 get damaged in transit or go missing altogether. So, this is extremely rare. If you pay for everything first, then ask for a discount after the fact; PayPal and eBay have already taken out their additional fees, so I don't reimburse a dollar or two. Please don't argue over pennies! Whether it be for shipping or whatever. I've been struggling ever since the pandemic to pay my bills, so let it go.
