Item never arrived. After roughly 10 days, when I asked for a status, I received no response or explanation, just a refund. Tea hex out again to see if there was a mixup that we could resolve. Have not heard anything back. Really disappointed. Hopefully this is a one-off. All the other reviews of this seller seemed very positive.

This will come in handy for my wife at work. My only issue is that it didn't come with a connector cable for the phone as it should have. I've tested it and it works fine.
