The purchase was amazing! First, they lopped off half the shipping cost and refunded me within 24 hours. Second, they shipped it to me promptly. Third, they went to great lengths to protect the merchandise. The boxes were swaddled in duct and packing tape to shore them up and each individual book was shrink wrapped! Mind you this was a 52 volume set of antique books! And the set was in mint condition even though it's decades old! Great shipper, recommended and I would gladly use them again!
