Item arrived very well packaged, but unfortunately the post office must’ve been too rough with the item because the controller was damaged. That said, I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and provided a refund / resolution. I appreciate not having to go back and forth and their willingness to help me out. This Bearington Bear is beautiful! We have a Christmas Tree farm and make wreaths so it is perfect for my Boyd’s Bear/Bearington Bear display at Christmas. Bear arrived in perfect condition and was packaged extremely well. Shipping was delayed by the USPS and not seller’s fault. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you so very much. We had a shipping issue that was not the seller's or my fault. The item was lost and never delivered. CulStuff was nice enough to refund my purchase even without the auction having seller protection.
