Initially there was a minor issue in the form of the card’s dispatch and arrival being delayed. After I contacted the seller about this the situation was explained and the card sent. The card was well packaged and was as described once it arrived.

Excellent product and service, condition was new packaging was a little excessive as the whole package was covered in tape, the product was protected by the wallet it was in and didn't need the excess tape around the envelope
