Unfortunately the condition was not as described, somehow the item went from “brand new sealed” when dispatched to open both ends and cards damaged upon arrival. After discussions with the seller, we settled on a partial refund. Though I’m not happy with the overall experience here, the seller was more than happy to assist with a peaceful conclusion.
