The seller originally sent me a controller that rattled and was scuffed. After telling them about this, they understood and offered majority refund. I then purchased another one ( this transaction) and they sent one that was in much better condition. Seller did everything they could to ensure satisfaction and solved the problem while offering different options. Have actually bought from them several times beforeand have had no major problems. Great seller! Firstly, the customer service is superb. I had a few concerns regarding shipping and I was immediately put at ease after communicating with them. The item was greatly packaged with lots of cushioning. Although there were some cosmetic blemishes and whatnot (as expected from a B Grade item), it was a bargain for the price it was listed at (PS Vitas are notoriously pricey). I’m planning to buy a PSP sometime soon, and this seller will be my first stop!!

Outstanding customer service! Was able to help with my inquiry on the parcel and were able to sort it out 10/10! The Bulborb came in a satchel bag which kept it protected. Came as described being preowned but felt brand new. The value was a little on the steep end of the pool but for something that doesn’t get shipped here anymore definitely a fair and just price. The postage took a little longer but that was due to unseen circumstances that were quickly resolved.
