I purchased the Yujin Tsubasa Chronicle Chii Figure, but unfortunately, due to a mix up, I received a different item. That figure itself was cute, well packed and like new. Although I was sad not to get what I wanted, the seller quickly refunded my purchase & told me to keep the item I received. The seller was deeply apologetic & sincere about his mistake. For this reason I still give 5⭐ as I would still buy from his store & he made it a nice experience regardless, we are only human after all!
