Item arrived on time and was shipped in a plastic pouch with bubble wrap and then newsprint wrapped around the item box. It would have been preferred if the item was shipped in a box to provide more protection. Two corners and one edge of the box were damaged, but I can't tell if it was during shipping or if it was there prior to shipping. The factory seal was intact and overall the item appeared to be new despite the areas of damage on the box. Purchase went smoothly.
