   This seller was excellent! He gave me a great product for a great price. I ordered it on May 29,25 and he sent it from Maryland the very next day. There was a screw up with UPS!!!! I live in Illinois. It arrived at the UPS facility on June 4th. It is 20 minutes from my home. It was then sent to St Louis, Missouri!!!!! These were to be used for a 9 year old boy’s birthday cake, for the 7th. Because UPS sent them out again, it ruined the boy’s birthday cake . USPS will he get a complaint

   Received reel in excellent condition. Apparently it had little use since it requires complete disassembly and degreasing to remove old hardened lube. Description and photos accurately reflected its true condition. Seller was quick to respond to questions and adjust price and shipping to accommodate buyer. In this regard, this item is a very good value. Packing was very good and shipping time very quick. Would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again.

   Found a note inside the shipping bag that said, “tried a box, but too expensive. Hopefully this is ok?” Absolutely it is. The lower the shipping the better. Shipped out in a reasonable amount of time. Packed well. No surprises being there were really good pictures taken. Priced very reasonable for what is available similar to this cooler. I would buy from this seller again. Thoughtful, personable, and cares. Thank you. :0)
