Outstanding service. The amp was pristine - every bit as advertised and more. It was packed as if they were shipping it to Mars. FedEx could have used the box as a hockey puck and the amp still would have arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was fast, too. In all, the most painless, worry-free transaction possible. Stereo receiver service manual was as described - original, unused, and in excellent condition. It was quickly shipped, and was protected from wetness (using a plastic sleeve) and protected from folding (using cardboard), all of which was mailed inside a vinyl mailer. Great job!
