Have to say I was disappointed in that the package arrived apparently undamaged, but in unboxing, it was discovered that the case had been cracked and caused the flywheel to jam. The seller was very cooperative and helpful in getting the item returned to her and refunded my purchase price to me. Prompt, responsive, helpful all around. I would definitely buy from this seller again! The sale was good, but product got damaged in shipping. Not the seller's fault, I hope she makes a claim.
