   I ordered the Kurzgesagt baby duck plush but received the regular duck plush instead. I contacted the seller & they responded very quickly, apologized for the error, & offered a full refund or exchange for the correct plush (which was the last they had in stock). It took me 1-2 days to respond. Instead of putting the baby duck up for sale, they waited until they heard back from me to ensure I had the opportunity to purchase it if I wanted it. The exchange was quick & easy. Great seller!

   Yes Fernando, you seemed to have sent the wrong volume control. The one I received has a rectangular plastic plug and the one I need is the round gold colored 9 pin DIN design like the one in the picture that I ordered. I have sent the wrong one back to you (yesterday USPS ) and would really appreciate you shipping me the right one. I gave you a positive feedback. Thanking you in advance, Ray Carr [email protected]
