Items were “lost in the mail.” All fault and responsibility was on USPS. Upon being informed that the items were lost in transit by USPS, Seller immediately issued a full refund, without any argument or delay. Exactly as described—very satisfied with this purchase. The laptop arrived in excellent condition, just like the photos. It came with a clean install, so drivers needed to be added, but that was more on me not being tech-savvy. For the price, I don’t think I could have found a better deal. Packaging was secure, and shipping was prompt. Highly recommend this seller—5/5!
