Bought 4 coordinating items from this seller. Unbelievable shipping and packing care was taken to protect the items. Impressive! Did not notice the authentication papers were missing in the listing photos for 2 of 4 items. Wish that had been noted in the listings, because papers were shown in other 2 listings. I made assumption. However, seller did contact me when she noticed a flaw in one of the items that was not mentioned in the listing. Offered to refund. So, very honest! Thank you!
