This is an excellent laptop that works great and was as listed. The seller was very easy to work with and communicate with. The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.

The computer arrived in the described physical condition and was well packaged, but the seller was not honest about the battery condition. Battery was listed as "great condition" and it won't even charge and prevents the laptop from turning on most of the time. I am, however, able to use the machine plugged in. Be careful buying from this seller and ask them to test it on video before buying.
