Was unfortunately shipped a unit that had a faulty disc drive, Overall console condition is as described and pictured, just kept on getting a boot error 12 and it badly scratched one of my games. Seller is absolutely amazing though and rectified the order. Highly recommend purchasing from them due to excellent communication and willingness to help!

This seller went above and beyond in resolving an issue with my purchase. The item arrived damaged and not in the condition that was pictured. The seller apologized for the error in packaging and issued a full refund. When I asked the seller how I should return the item, he told me to keep the item. This seller was a pleasure to work with.

Seller shipped promptly. However, through no fault of the seller, the package moved between two distribution centers here in Atlanta (normal now) 3 times. Finally received it. It was well packed, as described, great price and I gave the seller 5 stars all the way. I gave the Postal Service NONE.
