The seller was quick in fulfilling the order and shipment. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The selling price was quite reasonable for this used model. Unfortunately, the console was damaged during the shipping due to poor packaging or possibly poor handling in its shipping/delivery. However, I’m extremely pleased with the seller’s quick response in my request to return/refund my purchase. They were professional and apologetic in their handling of this issue.

Item arrived in good condition. Packaging was just okay considering this is a platter HDD - it was packaged in a bubble lined paper mailer. Luckily drive arrived ok. Photo in auction didn’t match the brand / appearance of what I received but the capacity is, so I’m okay. Decent value.
