The item was as described but the experience receiving the product was a nightmare! I ordered this on November 27th and received it December 14th with the package ripped open and the ceramic bank I ordered for my granddaughter was broken. I contacted FedEx numerous times because tracking said it was going to be delivered soon. FedEx customer service “ didn’t have the item in their system “ and couldn’t tell me where the item was. I’m not sure what the problem was, but it was a nightmare.

Received sooner than expected. Packaged in Manila envelope which I was concerned it would ruin the shape, but it did not. It was perfect! I had the same hat in 2002 and it's misplaced. This replacement is the same one. Same description. Value was good.

Great vintage puzzle for an adult who had Bugs Bunny puzzle as a child. 100 pieces with good coloring came in original box. Price was reasonable. Pieces were large and easy to handle. Puzzle was as described. Great seller. Prompt shipping.
