The guitar was recieved in the described condition. Was not cleaned before shipment. I feel like more communication from purchase to shipment could have been helpful (item was shipped on the 3rd day) however there had been hurricanes so it's understandable. All in all I'd give 3.75 stars and I got a rare guitar at a great price
