I purchased 2 subwoofers from the seller, but the description was slightly wrong after looking at the finer details of the pictures they provided and I then realized the subs would not work with my amp. I contacted the seller and they agreed to allow the shipment to be rejected and sent back for a full refund. I am currently waiting on my refund, but I really appreciate the ease of working with them. Would purchase from them again.

Unfortunately there was an issue the packaging of the item and it arrived damaged. I messaged the seller and they responded immediately and kindly worked through the issue with me.
