The item got lost in the mail, completely not the fault of the seller. The item did eventually arrive, a month later. Packaging was very secure, and the item was just as described. The seller had good prices and was very responsive to messages. Thankfully eBay was able to take care of me for the delay, but in the end everything worked out. Great seller!

Shipping was fast and the product is in great condition, as described. The packaging was clean and cushioned, but I would have preferred for the toy to be in a plastic bag versus just packing paper. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend this seller.
