Appearance as described. Well Packaged, but a bit hard to get open, but protected very well. Fast Shipping. Item works at least for now, replacing older same model\ that quits when gets warm until cooling off, as previous one also did. Hope this lasts a while longer that previous two. These appear to have limited life span, but not sellers fault. Good price for one in good condition. This one looks better than one its replacing. Satisfied with Order. Thanks.

Before shipping the seller discovered the video was not working, then he promptly gave me the option of as at “name my price”, or I could cancel the order for a full refund.
