Fast shipping. Accurate item description. US-based seller = less wait time. BUT... A bill just shy of $6.00 to ship an item with less than 2oz of weight is, in my opinion, a bit padded. I'm paying $15.00 for a potentiometer. Maybe consider a rate deduction for smaller items. Maybe not. I'm satisfied. Your products are spot-on. Your customer service is very attentive and available. You carry unique and difficult-to-source items...I do appreciate all of that. And the shipping isn't a huge deal..

Normal shipping time. Packed well. Box contained incorrect film but seller resolved the problem quickly with a full refund. Still it was a fair price if the correct film would have been in the box
