Seller explained they shipped everything properly, and offered me a partial refund do to the damage at customs. I appreciate the sellers honesty and timely manner to remedy this; this card is very important to me and my collection and i am satisfied that the seller has done everything they can. Really appreciate the help, as i was very upset. Seller was prompt, easy to communicate with, and were very polite. Will buy again when the opportunity arises.

Item was not new. However, the seller informed me of this prior to completing the purchase. Since the price was good, I completed the purchase. The thing I did not like was that there was no tracking number attached to the order so it was hard to predict arrival. Luckily it arrived safely. The item was a bit dirty, but I was able to clean it easily. No pieces were missing.

Positive interaction. Very communicative with buyer and very prominent with answering questions even in a different time zone. Shipping was pretty quick as well from another country.
