Item was shipped and received incredibly fast, in perfect condition, and it works as advertised. Seller’s description mentioned possible open box or factory second, but it seemed sealed and included all the foam packing and such, and if it’s a factory second I can’t spot any irregularities. It was shipped in its original packaging so you could see what it was, which isn’t a problem in my neighborhood but it’s something to be aware of. All in all, absolutely stellar deal and great seller!

🚩🚩🚩SERIOUS RED FLAG WARNING 🚩🚩🚩Feedback Review: Listing claims “open box - like new”. But seller sent a unit that arrived used, dented and marked DEFECTIVE. Seller refused to inspect any of their remaining heaters for condition as a replacement unit. Offered a weak 25% refund then cut off communication. Listing is a major GAMBLE that relies on hope, not honesty and seller won’t stand behind it. Zero accountability. Don’t risk it, it’s not worth it. Keep looking and pass on this one👎
