Card arrived as described. Shipped in a penny sleeve in a top loader, then taped to cardboard in a PWE. Only minor issue was that the sleeve stuck to the packing tape used to stick the top loader to the cardboard, making it a bit tricky to get the card out without scissors. Maybe some painters tape next time? Overall satisfied.
