The item came brand-new and unopened, as promised. The charger appears to work, as does the device itself. The seller was also timely in her responses to my questions and comments and shipped within the time frame stated on her listing. My only suggestion would be to offer cheaper methods of shipping, as I would have been more than happy to wait longer for a cheaper rate, especially since South Korea is right next-door to Japan. ^^;; DHL took literally only a day, but it's pricey.
