Professionally packaged. Shipped promptly. Item arrived as pictured. Description eluding to broken stem could have been included as there was no description of the item at all. However, performing a close up on one photo showed damage if I would have paid closer attention. I understand that used items are sold “as is” and that photos are part of the description. Recommend to seller to add description to items being offered, or at least to those that have obvious damage. It helps.
