While the initial product seems to have gotten lost in the mail, when I asked about it, the sheller was very communicative, and agreed to send me a replacement, and refund me if that didn't arrive. As a surprise, a free gift was also included to make up for the initial complications, which I really appreciate. Both figurines I received are great, and despite being used, were in good condition. Really appreciate the openness with this seller.
