The item was new but the packaging was old and dilapidated. It had a strange smell upon opening it. The product was extremely old. Like it had been in a basement or attic for years. The seller could have taken the time to clean it off before mailing. The package took longer than usual for delivery. No updates from the seller. Shipping price was over priced. And packaging was not as described. Not a good value at all.
