   100% Perfect Transaction 5 star service *****...Fantastic eBay seller...seller made everything right..I would most definitely shop with this seller again...let me tell you why...I received my item and the box was new and sealed...upon unsealing and opening the box a incentive was missing....I immediately contacted the seller and waited for them to respond....seller responded and said they would check to find the exact replacement.....seller was able to send a comparable item..he made it right

   So I was a bit hesitant to buy from the seller given the negative feedback issues, but I'm glad I did. The book was in much better condition (brand new) then described. I paid for the priority shipping and it was shipped a day and a half after I ordered it. I would recommend buying from this seller. Also he worked with me on the price and was very fair.
